This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made on the Trespot website. It applies to Trespot web subscriptions and related services. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by their respective refund policies.
Applies to web subscriptions purchased on trespot.com.
Does not apply to in-app purchases made via third-party stores.
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and may be approved when appropriate. Examples include:
Duplicate charges or billing errors.
Unintended renewal or accidental purchase.
Verified access or service issues that could not be resolved.
The following scenarios are generally not eligible for refunds:
Partial use of a subscription period.
Discounted or promotional offers.
Refunds requested for third-party store purchases.
Email info@trespot.com with the details below:
Account email used for purchase.
Plan type and purchase date.
Transaction ID or last four digits of the payment method, if available.
A short reason for the request.
We may ask for additional verification before issuing a refund. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first so we can help. Chargebacks may result in temporary account restrictions while the dispute is reviewed.
